1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, booking, or attending the IAM Meets Developers Workshop ("Workshop"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or attend.

2. Description of the Workshop

The IAM Meets Developers Workshop is a hands-on training event delivered by AppConfig² (operated by the same team behind AppConfig² Suite). It is designed to bridge the gap between Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams and application developers, covering:

• OAuth 2.0 & OpenID Connect (OIDC): Protocol deep-dives and practical exercises
• Microsoft Entra ID configuration: App registrations, permissions, tokens, and Conditional Access
• Authentication troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving gray zone issues between IAM and development teams
• Hands-on labs: Using AppConfig² Suite tools (AppConfig and AppTesting) to analyze and verify authentication flows

The Workshop is available in online and on-site formats and is intended for developers, IT administrators, security engineers, and IAM architects.

3. Booking & Registration

Workshop sessions are booked by contacting us directly at support@appconfig.app. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that:

• The information you provide (organization name, participant count, preferred dates) is accurate
• You have the authority to book on behalf of your organization where applicable
• You have reviewed the workshop format and content description

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

• Attend with a device capable of running a modern browser and accessing the internet (for online or lab-based sessions)
• Have a Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant or test tenant available for hands-on labs, where required
• Treat workshop materials, exercises, and instructor content as confidential and not redistribute them without written permission
• Behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants
• Not record sessions (audio, video, or screen capture) without prior written consent from AppConfig²

Prohibited conduct during the Workshop:

• Using workshop lab environments or tools to access unauthorized tenants or data
• Attempting to disrupt the workshop delivery, infrastructure, or other participants
• Sharing access credentials provided for workshop lab environments outside the session

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials — including slide decks, lab guides, exercises, one-pagers, and any written or digital content provided — are the intellectual property of AppConfig². Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning and internal reference only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Participant cancellations: Please notify us as early as possible at support@appconfig.app. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
• AppConfig² cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues). In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Workshop is provided for educational purposes. AppConfig² is not responsible for:

• Any decisions made by participants based on workshop content
• Technical issues on the participant's side (device, network, tenant access) that affect their participation
• Changes in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, or related Microsoft products that occur after the workshop date
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or non-attendance

Workshop content reflects best practices and product behaviour as of the delivery date and is subject to change as the underlying technologies evolve.

8. Data & Privacy

Information collected during booking (name, email, organization) is used solely to coordinate the workshop session. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The version published at the time of your booking confirmation applies to that booking. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
